4.            Implements the Middle/High school counseling and guidance program curriculum.

5.             Guides and counsels’ groups and individual scholars through the development of educational and career plans.

6.          Consult with small groups and individual scholars

8.             Refers scholars with problems and their parents to appropriate specialists, special programs, or outside agencies.

18.          Develop a method for recording scholar grades, attendance information, and other pertinent educational data.

20.        Prepare informative reports and materials for principals, teachers, scholars, and parents concerning the results of the school's testing program.

21.          Assist teachers in identifying and interpreting problems that interfere with a scholar's ability to learn.

22.         Provide individual and group counseling opportunities that may lead each scholar to increased personal growth, self-understanding, and maturity.

23.        Establish effective working relationships with employers, agencies, and other institutions that may be of use to teachers, parents, and scholars.

24.        Assume responsibility for coordinating appropriate follow-up activities.
