DESCRIPTION:The AISA Leadership Mastermind is a confidential leadership community designed for administrators to learn with and from one another while addressing daily campus challenges. \nTarget Audience: \nDesigned for both emerging and experienced leaders\, including: \n\n\nNew & Aspiring Administrators: Gain practical frameworks for faculty coaching\, conflict management\, and daily operational decisions. \n\n\nDivision Heads & Assistant Heads: Connect curriculum evaluation\, master scheduling\, and teacher retention into a coherent strategy. \n\n\nHeads of School: Pressure-test strategic plans and board communication alongside experienced peers. \n\n\nVeteran Leaders: Recalibrate strategic approaches and gain fresh external perspectives. \n\n\nAudience Limit: \nStrictly capped at 8 participants to guarantee an intimate\, high-trust environment. Seats are reserved on a strict first-come basis. \nTuition & Funding: \n$850 per administrator. Applicable for federal Title II professional development funding. \nRegistration: \nClick here to register for the 2026-27 Cohort \n(Note: AISA will issue comprehensive certificates of completion documenting all instructional hours upon program completion.) \nSession Schedule (All sessions held on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM CT via Zoom): \n\n\nSession 1 • November 17\, 2026: Welcome & Program Overview \nMeet fellow cohort members\, establish ground rules for our confidential community\, and preview key operational questions for the year. \n\n\nSession 2 • January 12\, 2027: Vision\, Identity & Leadership Priorities \nClarify core personal values\, administrative identity\, and strategic priorities that anchor daily decisions. \n\n\nSession 3 • February 16\, 2027: Communication\, Influence & Community \nExamine how administrative trust is built or lost through day-to-day conversations with faculty\, parents\, students\, trustees\, and the community. \n\n\nSession 4 • March 16\, 2027: Faculty Growth\, Hiring & Culture \nConnect mission-based hiring\, meaningful feedback\, coaching evaluations\, and long-term teacher retention into a healthy school culture. (Date subject to slight shift based on Spring Break schedules). \n\n\nSession 5 • April 13\, 2027: Curriculum & Program Alignment \nEnsure instructional practices and academic programs mirror your school’s educational philosophy to address gaps and ensure long-range excellence. \n\n\nSession 6 • May 11\, 2027: Scheduling & Operational Planning \nReview how master schedules\, time\, structural setups\, and administrative systems better support learning and smooth fall launches. \n\n\nSession 7 • June 8\, 2027: Stewardship & Budgeting with Purpose \nAlign money\, people\, time\, and campus resources with your educational mission for long-term institutional sustainability.
