Position Overview
Riverhill School seeks a dedicated, visionary principal to lead our vibrant community. This leader will ensure excellence in teaching, uphold our traditions, and build on our reputation for academic rigor in a supportive, child-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to advance Riverhill’s mission, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
– Community Engagement: Maintain strong connections with students, families, faculty, and alumni, celebrating Riverhill’s spirit of community and service.
– Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum development and innovation, with a focus on STEAM and other progressive educational practices.
– Operational Management: Ensure efficient school operations, managing budgets, resources, and facilities to support academic programs.
– Faculty Development: Recruit, mentor, and support exceptional faculty members and foster professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of teaching and administrative experience.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
– Commitment to Riverhill’s mission of fostering respectful, academically driven, and community-minded students.
