State Championship Tournament Ticket Information
In order to attend this event, you must purchase a ticket from S2 Pass. You will need to download S2 Pass from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, you may purchase your ticket. There will not be a cash gate at this event. A general admission ticket is required (1st grade and up). The ticket price includes sales tax and processing fee. AISA athletic passes will be accepted. Bearer of passes must be 18 years of age. The gate will open at 10:00 a.m.
Gameday Information
The Multiplex at Cramton Bowl is a Clear Bag Facility. Security will be scanning (no pocket knives),
Bus Parking
Team buses will drop participants at the southwest corner of the multiplex and park in lot K to be shuttled back to the multiplex. (See attached map)
Game Officials
Officials parking is in the southeast corner of the multiplex in lot A. Dressing rooms is located downstairs in the northeast corner of the facility.
General Parking
Fan parking lots are located on the southeast corner of the multiplex (Lot A) and the southwest corner of the multiplex (Lot B).
Team Entrance Gate
Teams should enter through the main gate.
Pass Gate
Pass holders should enter through the main gate. Only AISA approved passes will be accepted. The pass bearer must at least 18 years of age.
Ticket Purchase Entrance
Tickets must be pre-purchased online through S2 Pass. You will need to download S2 Pass from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, you may purchase your ticket. The gate will open at 10:00 a.m. Enter doors located at the South entrance of the multiplex.
Team Warm-up
Teams can warm-up in the outside area located in northwest corner of the facility or on the football field located at the north end of the multiplex. NO WARMING UP IN THE PLAYING SURFACE AREA.
Filming
Teams can film from the north or south balcony. Team filming only.
Outside Food/Beverage Policy
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the multiplex. Food or beverages are allowed in the parking lot area. Tents may be set up in the grassy area (southeast corner of facility) but not in the parking lot. No staking of tents is allowed due to irrigation. Team coolers are allowed.
Concessions
Two full-service concession stands will be in the lobby of the Multiplex.
Trainer/First Aid
Trainers will be in the middle of the playing surface area.
Hospitality
Hospitality will be in the south balcony area of the Multiplex. You must have a meal ticket and or proper credentials to enter that area.
Media Work Area
The Media Work Area will be in the South Balcony area.
Severe Weather
Should the threat of severe weather arise, Teams and fans will be instructed to move to restrooms and lower-level locker rooms.
