Various Coaching Positions

Macon East Academy is seeking dedicated individuals to serve in various coaching roles within our athletic program. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Available positions may include head coach and assistant coach opportunities across JV and varsity programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and character development
• Maintain and inventory equipment and facilities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with players, parents, and administration
• Coordinate with the athletic director regarding scheduling, budgeting, and program needs
• Represent Macon East Academy with professionalism in all settings

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
• Commitment to upholding the values and mission of Macon East Academy
• Teaching certification preferred for full-time faculty positions (if applicable)
