Morgan Academy is seeking qualified and dedicated applicants for anticipated Elementary Teacher openings for the 2026–2027 school year beginning in August 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration
- Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid Alabama Teacher’s Certificate
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
