Northside Methodist Academy, a private non-denominational Christian school of over 650 students, K3-12, located in Dothan, AL, is seeking a Head of School who will be a strong spiritual leader, passionate about education, and committed to long-term leadership
A singularly important aspect of this position involves inspiring staff and students in their relationship with Christ while building a high quality academic and extra-curricular foundation.
It will be important for any applicant to demonstrate the ability to delegate and support the strong faculty and leadership team already in place while providing the vision and experience to lead into the future. We desire our next Head of School to balance confidence with humility and be a servant leader who will quickly grow to love our school, our culture, and our mission.
