Position Overview: 

Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Middle School Math teacher to join our teaching community. This full-time position involves teaching 7^th and 8^th grade math classes (i.e. PreAlgebra and Algebra) We are looking for teachers who resonate with our school mission and are eager and able to engage in meaningful academic and spiritual formation in the life of our students.

We are a growing Christian school located just outside of Huntsville, AL serving approximately 400 students from K4 through 12^th grade. Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong content knowledge and instructional skill in mathematics
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Committed to academic excellence and student success
